Every time i tried the spring would cause the head sleeve to bounce back to a vertical position as seen in the picture

The box it came in was heavier than i was expecting about 10 lbs

I also noticed that the plastic grommets that provide friction protection were both cracked

While they were still able to be inserted into the top and bottom of the post these need to be made of a stronger plastic to prevent this from happening

Mounting it to the desk was easy enough but i had some issues with attaching the monitor

The head sleeve that connects to the vesa plate is angled up and it took me a while to figure out what the issue was

At first i thought it was a defect and then figured out it was the spring and the tightness of the clamp around it

The way the spring is designed if the clamp with the bolt is not tightened enough the spring will prevent the head sleeve from turning and you wont be able to rotate it to a proper angle to hand the monitor
