Set up will make you cry as it's not even sturdy. It's so stiff you would think it's a dead animal on the side of the road. Media could not be loaded. The quality is not good.

The monitor arm is supposed to support 27 inch monitors up to 13 pounds, yet after 3 months of use the arm is bent from the weight of the monitor and is starting to wobble. All my monitors are under 10 lbs and the same size. If you think this will be ... Read More

It sags down often. Once they drop an inch or two, they get really weak and clunk down on the desk.
