I wish the top mount had 13 of depth adjustment because if you tilt the top monitor down the bottom edge doesnt line up with the monitor below

With three 27 inch displays the outer monitors have to remain on the same plane as the center monitor

The stand monitor plates are not position wide enough to allow the outer screens to curb inward for a surround display experience

It arrived with very minor damage but upon contacting the company suptek their customer support was more than pleasant and we reached a resolution within 24 hours

The installation manual and packing list is just fine but little annoying to match drawing with actual parts due to lack of proper labeling

I tried it free standing first and that wasnt working very well but that is probably because of the monitors and the way i wanted them to be positioned
