The plastic cover bits were a little bit scratched the tilt movement is very stiff at least when using 5kg screen and the arm itself is not stiff enough it can be difficult to adjust it

The wall anchores that come with it did not work well for me in sheetrock

In the products picture preview it shows that it has 90 degrees tilt up and down

I took it off and reinstalled the joint upside down to get that extra tilt down out of the box the white bumper on the joint is pointing down

First is the cable management hole on the gas spring section is too thin

There is the main adjustment screw ontop shown with the included 6mm hex wrench inserted in picture 5 and the screw on the bottom thats supposed to be held in place with loctite but mine came loose so i had to use a second 6mm hex wrench to hold it in place while i adjusted the gas spring
