Sturdy - yes, easy to assemble - kind of,* - absolutely. It is now stable on a credenza and looks sleek and nice now.

Great replacement stand for an older lcd tv. Fits perfectly on my samsung 55” thin screen. We have an 86 inch tv and it it's very sturdy! It’s holding my 85 sony tv.

Cons

The stand is wobbly at best. There needs to be some cross bracing to take out all the flex. Sellers are unresponsive!
