Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a great wall splitter/surge protector. It also has surge protection and keeps those plugged in things plugged in and running.
Been using it for over 6 months now. Works flawlessly. Looks clean and sleek. It's in a slim place which is why we bought this.
Cons
Lasted 8 months. It lasted 2 days then it blow up and can’t be use. The package states that the unit will shut down when the surge protection expires.
Product only uses 1 of the two outlets it covers. All six outlets this product has are powered by only one of the plugs. Item is flimsy, as much as a corded model that would be half the price.
Highlights
Quality
Plugs right in and is quite sturdy.
Easy to install and overall quality is legit.
This is therefore not as stable in staying fully flush, not moving when turning on adapters plugged into the outlet thing
Anyway, it just stops working after the surge suppressor expires, which should take a very long time in most homes.
Price
Happy with the numbers for the price.
Item was exactly as advertised along with great price.
Packaging/appearance
Mainly adding a picture review to show the specs on the box which match what's written on the surge protector.
Competitiveness

You cant really rate a surge protector until you know you have had a surge

I purchased this for use in a gfci which ive learned is common that gfci have a slightly wider spacing between the two sets of plug holes due to the testreset buttons between them
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
While this is a common issue for any brand of these receptacle extenders and not specific to this one it would have been nice for the description to point out it is common for gfci to have a wider pin spacing or to have accommodated this in the design

As we do not need to be plugging and unplugging devices from this once it is setup i have opted to cut the plastic alignment pin off and use it
