Pros

They are so handy when baking anything really. They are sturdy enough to hold cookies. Cools things much faster than the usual cooling racks.

The ability to fold down is a nice space saver as well. They stack easily and wash well (even in the dishwasher) they wobble a bit when stacked, but hold a lot.


Cons

These are the flimsiest things i have ever purchased. No one coats actual stainless steel to prevent rust.

    Be careful the legs are perfectly aligned before you set the rack down or else they will collapsefold under the rack

    They stack which keeps them out of the way but you have to put the cookies on the rack and then put the rack on top of the other otherwise it makes it difficult to get the cookies on a lower rack
