We make homemade bread weekly and the part i always hate about homemade bread is the mess my husband would make slicing the loaf on our regular cutting board

Now the majority of crumbs end up in the tray of the surpahs bamboo cutting board which makes my life easier

I just wipe it clean with a hot soapy washcloth every few days and let air dry in place
