As is the big black box could almost be mistaken for a pest controlrat trap box

I say almost because with the top on it was too high to fit under my cabinet but of course all i had to do was to take the top off

Design could be just a little better though if it had slot openings on both ends

The circle opening on the one end prevents routing of cords for my speakers or any other device which has a bulky nonremoveable ends too large to fit through the circle

The cords are now mostly out of sight

It has a velvet top so it wont scratch the phones or anything else up on it
