I got an email before i even got a chance to use the product explaining that if i didnt like the touch activated vibration i could click the s button 3 times and have a constant vibration

I did notice that whenever i responded to the email from amazon it did not seem to get to the company if i went directly to the message center on amazon and replied there i always got a response
