Using these various boswellia derivatives for knee pain, they have worked well.
3 yrs ago i was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis, after 2 weeks christmas in venice it rapidly worsened to the point i couldn't walk.
Since then i had rich platelets therapy (3 injections), now i'm using green mussels + boswelia as maintenance.

By taking boswellia i was able to limit my dosage of celebrex to 3 or 4 days followed by 7 to 10 days without celebrex
