I have lots more energy. And my hair is gorgeous! But, holy moly, the most incredible side effect is that my little gray hairs are not coming back as much any more!
Apple cider vinegar veggie capsules are great for regulation. They have an excellent fruit and veggie vegetable capsule if you aren't good about getting enough fruits and veggies. Amp; they’re the only one who makes molasses capsules!
Cons
Just get heme iron. It's not worth it to waste time, money and digestive energy on plant iron when you're anemic. It barely works, and you get digestive trouble to boot!

I take with vitamin c or a multivitamin that has vitamin c for best absorption
