Pros

The mag oil relaxes the whole area like muscle spasms. I take extra magnesium & potassium for cramping muscle in my arms and legs but sometimes it's not enough. This is great for my leg cramps.

The biggest advantage to this one is how well it absorbs. It goes on with a more oily feeling which i like also. It takes very little product to do the trick, but i think i will buy the largest size so i can use it for soaking.

What a great multipurpose way to use magnesium. As of right now, definitely recommend giving it a shot. This oil was recommended by a friend.

Been using for several years combatting bone degeneration from antibiotic levaquin. Works better than pain meds. Also helps with the pain & swelling due to arthritis.

Swanson gives you a fantastic amount for the price. Smooths on beautifully and sinks in quickly. Better than theramax.

Cons

Mag sea pure says it's 100% pure magnesium chloride brine from the netherlands. It is messy to use and causes severe itching.

Put it on before pain come after pain it works pretty quick ,best results before pain , i promise you this work.

Sprayed it on, rubbed it in and in a very short time the cramp relaxed allowing to to go back to sleep.

Holy cow, the addition of the oil made my body feel like a "dead weight".
