Pros

The price of the swanson product is much more affordable than other brands. Works well for stiffness, but cheaper from swanson direct. Reasonably priced and quick delivery.

Theracurmin is specially formulated for better absorption and thus is more active, mg for mg, than regular curcumin in tumeric acid. The capsules are easy to take also. Swanson, his wife and i take two a day.
