I’ve only been taking this for two weeks and i can’t believe the improvement in my knees i have osteoporosis which is so painful.

I am one month into taking it everyday and so far nothing, but then again, can’t expect it to cure artritis

Good value i have just taken it for a couple of days so i can’t say much.

For the price you get a lot of bang for your buck relief-wise.

It's not very expensive, so i recommend giving it a try.
