Ive been using a certain brand of 250 milligrams niacinamide for a decade or so but it seems not to be available so i had to find a replacement

When i take those i definitely feel the burn when i take 2 of these thought an they equate to that same amount of mgs i dont feel the burn

I was taking the niacinamide 500 mg 34 timesday and it was not as effective until i switched to the low dose every 2 hours
