The worst of my acne was in middle school when i had cystic acne and i am still scarred by the one time i had two big cystic pimples right next to each other and they grew bigger and merged to look like one huge painful cystic pimple

That doesnt mean i still have pretty moderate acne though and despite how far ive come im still always looking for solutions to appease my finicky sensitive irritated skin

I had periods literally twice a month and never wouldve known i had pcos because i believe with pcos you usually have fewer periods and people are usually on the overweight side
