Pros

Sam-e is an effective mood stablizer for those of us with depression. This is one of the first supplements i have ever taken that actually does what it claims.

I did initially experience the anxiety and insomnia side effects but that dissipated after a couple of days.

Sam e pills are great price for 30 days worth at a fraction of the vets price.

The price of this product is absolutely unbeatable.

Not only is the cost good, but the mailing service is excellent.

It is hard to find same in stores at a reasonable price.

It took about 2 weeks to get the result.

Packaging/appearance

One thing i have read, that is not on the packaging - is not to take sam-e with tramadol.

Competitiveness

I have purchased other name brands of same in the past and this product works just as well, if not better, and for a more affordable price.

I have tried many sam-e products, but this one seems by far the best for me.

I switched to this after trying the vitamin shoppe brand (whose products i usually love), and for me, the swanson was better.

I should also note that i have taken same solo and in combination with paxil, wellbutrin, zoloft, and effexor.
