It accomplishes this perfectly. Setting it up is really as easy as plugging it in. We first swashed a blazer that was more wrinkled than dirty.

I live in a small town with one dry cleaner (who overcharges, 20$ per shirt, and always wanted another option) it's quicker than the dry cleaner when you realize at the last minute that you need something today.

The fluid contains a nice scent, along with a fabric relaxant. It is evenly dispersed throughout the garment in a way that you aren't going to be able to match with a spray bottle of fabric wrinkle releaser. The smell after a garment is out is like fr... Read More

It's great for relaxing wrinkles, deodorizing, and general freshening. It does an excellent job of straightening slightly wrinkled shirts. Works best for wrinkle release.

Once you are used to attaching the clips, it takes just a minute or two to set up. There is a receptacle in the back where excess moisture collects that has to be emptied.

Cons

First shirt goes in slightly wrinkled. Same wet and wrinkled shirt, yep. It constantly has lights blinking as if there is a problem. This is only worth buying if you live far away from a dry cleaners.

Machine is filthy and looks refurbished. Swash says they just have a very dirty warehouse.

Steamed shirts must hang out several hours or they will wrinkle as soon as you put them on.

Price

It's definitely worth that price for us.

Whether the price tag is a worthy investment will depend on the longevity of the swash.

You can buy them for just north of 50¢ apiece or $7/pack of 12 there.

Mine has already paid for itself several times over.
