Pros

Adequate grip on bottom of pads without ties. They have just the right amount of foam padding to make a difference. Well-made, and has the no slip grip on the backside.

The memory foam is of good quality and the pads do provide noticeable comfort to your backside. Love the added softness these provide to my hard chairs. Nice fabric, well made, good packaging but be aware not 16 inches wide.

I hope they work as well after i refinish the chairs. My chairs are oiled pine. We have an extra cushion that seems to make the rounds as everyone appreciates the double up.

Cons

The cushions flatten out when you sit on them. More like a bit over 1 inch. Made in china. No fill or comfort.

Disappointed and returning. Returned those at a kohl's amazon return counter. Amazon now claims they never got them and is charging me for the purchase again.

The backing prevents slippage on the chair, they offer a nice level of cushioning, and we were very happy with the denim color.

I wish they were a bit thicker but other than that i am pleased.
