Pros
The quality is great and it is very easy to adjust! The bearing are very smooth and the rope never tangles up. It has adjustable length which is convenient if more than one person was using it. It can be custom sized for different users.
The sr jump rope is a great addition to my workout gear not to mention a great calorie burning workout. The light wire cable gave a lot of freedom to both my wrists and rotation. The grips are comfortable and lightweight.
