Pros

It works flipping well! Great quality. The only con is my fault. Overall, i think that it’s a good product to start your journey with.

Durable and comfortable, don’t have to deal with velcro scratching your skin. I am so pleased that the sizing is perfect! I have sauna suits and what not so that if the band is outta commission i can use the others.

Great for lots of sweating and even great if you have cramps as it leaves your stomach warm. They make you sweat especially if you get the sweet sweat rub on stuff.

Cons

The elasticity only last for less than 15 uses. After that the product looses its elasticity. It * me off because this is not for long torso’s. The yellow band was made from a different fabric and will not stay fastened during a workout.
