Pros

The waist trimmer is well-made and fits comfortably around my waist. It fit comfortably with no poking or scratching or rubbing. By the time i’m done my pants are drenched with sweat, it’s great quality and fits plus size girlies too.

The jelly is def a must. Unwrapping is so satisfying! Works like it should. It comes with this little sweet sweat gel packet but even without the gel you sweat like crazy.

Cons

cancer warning on bag item comes in. Very cheaply made. This is miserable & so painful. It has a warning on the packaging.

I don’t like sauna suits so i purchased this belt along with the thigh and arm sleeves.

Huge diff when you use it with the jelly.

I simply wrap it around my waist and secure it with the adjustable velcro straps.

Price

Cost cheaper, and i got what i paid for.

Packaging/appearance

Went to take it off after the workout and my whole pants are wet from the sweat!
