It works flipping well! Great quality. The only con is my fault. Overall, i think that it's a good product to start your journey with.
I am so pleased that the sizing is perfect! I have sauna suits and what not so that if the band is outta commission i can use the others. The pink color is sooo cute.
Great for lots of sweating and even great if you have cramps. I am always soaked after a work out or when doing yard work. They make you sweat especially if you get the sweet sweat rub on stuff.
