Pros
It perfect for me for working out and i’ve never sweat sooo much. I usually workout wearing a regular latex waist trainer and it won’t make me sweat that much from my waist, belly, back area but with this one, i literally drip sweat!
Cons
Sizing is off so unless you are under 100lbs than order the small but over 100lbs should go with a medium or large size. This sweat belt is so odd. You do sweat but it’s no miracle cure.
It's despicable that in 2019 there are still companies selling this lie to people. Thought about exchanging it but returning the item is a hassle. Now this makes me skeptical of anything they sell.
