Pros
It's pricier but has the best taste. Much healthier than the powdered version. Thankful was contained in bag in the box, other 2 seem good.
The eye dropper works perfectly for controlling amount your using. No aftertaste. Taste is just the right concentration of flavour.
Cons
On the website chat they answer after 1-2 hours and for next message you have to wait 2 more hours then they go offline. Very upsetting.
The odor from the batch i received is “off’. Is this a mislabeling?

And i can control the level of sweetness i desire, with the dropper.

Please help i’m not getting anywhere with the chat or other information.
I find it hard to get the right sweetness with the powdered form.

The only thing that i don’t like is the price!
Shipping
The only issue i had was with the shipping this time around.
It seems the bottles leak in shipping about half the time, which is the only reason for the lower rating.
Competitiveness
All in all, this is a well-made product.
I've been using sweetleaf stevia for years and it doesn't disappoint.
A number of competing products have some alcohol and i won't say i taste it but alcohol as an ingredient just doesn't give me confidence.

I have used it for years these have a odd floral smell and it crystallizes in the bottom of the jars after opening

After reading how much refined sugar and cane sure and artificial sweeteners are in a huge number of products as well as how bad it is to consume too much i decided to cut my personal intake by using natural stevia in my coffee and on my breakfast cereal

In fact each bottle was individually bubblewrapped then all of the bottles were bubblewrapped together

Leaked all over the bag hole in top of dropper which is not normal
