Swiss gear used to be such good quality in the past. I believe they are thinking that customers will not inspect the product they bought. Very disappointed, swiss gear used to be such good quality.

Very well built and will fit in almost any boing or airbus airplane overhead.
So easy to maneuver and holds a ton of stuff.
Has 1 zipper compartment, and straps for change of clothes.
Top section zips closed to secure top half.
Price
This item was purchased as a gift, but was very much as advertised and much cheaper than the one i bought for myself at a local shop.
They are relatively inexpensive, but the wheels and other aspects do not seem to be overly heavy-duty.

We already had one swiss gear carryon and it performed wonderfully on a trip.
I ordered this suitcase because i was going away for 5 days and my regular one is more suited to a week or 2.
Packaging/appearance
Very happy with the quality, the spinners and packaging.
The only thing i wish it had was an expandable zipper, but not a big deal once you learn how to pack efficiently!

Bought two of these cases to go to iceland because we didnt want to check luggage and didnt want to be hassled regarding size of carryon luggage
