Pros
Used already on a trip to cancun and held up really well. I love the 0-year guaranteed and that it is waterproof. It is expandable, too. Suitcase is light and soft wheels.

Almost 2 mos of unanswered emails. There was no room in the overhead compartment so we were asked to check it. No customer service, thus no warranty claim.

Prefer it over the hard case especially if one side is heavier than the other side then it is awkward to lift
