Cons
The shoulder strap has the worst quality of any backpack i’ve ever seen. Poor stitching in this area, needs reinforcement. The chest strap does not cross my chest, it crosses right in the middle of my neck.
There's a little tab you depress to open it, and this morning i depressed the little tab which made a cheerful-but-ominous little snap sound like a cheap, plasticky death rattle. The top handle rips out. Overall am quite disappointed in this.
The front main pouch is small and hard to access unless unzipped. My wife's 17 inch just barely fits into the pouch, and hers is much thinner/smaller than mine is. Do not get for 17” laptop.
Advertises wrong. Misinformes clients. Why didn't they do that at the factory? Please cut that off.

Lots of small pockets and a fob for your keys to stay attached.
It works well and has a lot of storage capacity but after only 6 months of travel some things have broken off.
Packaging/appearance
Has an incredible number of compartments so it is easy to pack and then find specific things.
