Pros
A lot of pockets to organize things well. There isn't a small compartment at the top (although my other swiss gear back pack have one and this one looks like it does) the compartment is quite handy. Fits shoes, bath suit, towels, change of clothes.
I personally love it! They are great and versatile. Worth every penny. Had one identical for 8 years with constant use. Replaced with same. Good customer service.
Cons
The skeleton behind the handle is weak and flimsy. The bottom of the backpack is too close to the floor when being pulled and can get scratched or worn out. I have no idea what to do with the flap that dangles when you have the wheels out.
There's no support for three compartments internally so it feels like it’s one combined compartment. The weight of the front pockets is too much for the flimsy canvas used to attach the front panel to the frame. Do not buy for carry on luggage.

Only thing i would love is if the handle was a bit more sturdy and if there were 360 wheels, but aside from that, it's great.
The main zipper failed on my first after 2 years.
Quite uncomfortable as it was very bulky and heavy.
Price
Not sure if thats normal, but im gonna be pissed if i spent $120 only 2 have the handle crap out on me in a few mths.
