Dual-Color Design
Customers are very pleased with the dual-color design of the luggage, which makes it easy to spot and recognize at baggage claim. The unique look and convenient inner compartment design with pockets have also received positive feedback.
Liftability
Customers have generally positive opinions about the liftability of the SwissGear 8028 Hardside Expandable Spinner Luggage, with some mentioning that the handles are smooth and sturdy while others find it a bit wiggly but still functional when fully extended. The multi-directional spinner wheels make maneuvering easy, and the luggage can handle heavy weights without any issues. However, there are concerns about the color and durability of the hard shell.
Stitching Quality
Most customers are pleased with the high-quality stitching on the luggage's robber hinge and zippers. However, a small number of customers have reported issues with the overall craftsmanship and durability.
Size
Customers generally have a positive opinion about the size of the SwissGear carry-on luggage. They appreciate its ability to fit their clothing and equipment while meeting carry-on requirements. Some customers mention the importance of sturdiness and cost, while others praise the large mesh pocket for organization. However, a few customers encountered issues with damaged packaging upon arrival.

Highlights
Quality
Feels really high quality and rolls around smoothly.
Light weight, sturdy great for a quick get away
It didn't raise up & down easily & we were concerned the handle might be too weak & over time/usage, fail.
Since then it's been a piece at a time as needed with mostly poor results (wheels jam, handles break, hardside cracks).
Price
Perfect for a short trip, good vlye for the money.
At this price point though even without locks i feel these are a tremendous value.
I have not traveled with them yet, but from a cost standpoint i think these are a real value.
Packaging/appearance
Easy to pack everything you need and even easier to travel with.
Space-wise, i was able to pack everything listed above for 5-day trips with some room to spare.
This is a great size, nice to pack two separate sides, seems more organized, then it closes like a clamshell.
I love the look of a white suitcase, but in hindsight, i wish i'd gotten a darker color because it now has many black smudges.
Competitiveness
The zippers feel great and the inside has more zippers than your average generic suitcase.
