Quality
I have been very impressed by this bag - it is sound and sturdy in construction and is quite comfortable to wear.
Good materails, perfect for work and daily commutes.
It's water resistance as we put a bit of water to clean some of the dust it got when we first opened it and fell to the floor.
The slot in it is perfectly sized and the back has cushioning but still reinforced.
Price
For the price, i would have expected this to have more pocket storage.
Packaging/appearance
This is a really nice looking backpack--the charcoal heather was a great choice of color.
Competitiveness
You can tell the quality of them when comparing to other laptop bags.
While it has plenty, it's kind of basic--i'm used to more with swiss gear.
