Quality
Very well made, the right number of compartments and pockets.
I love the color, it is well made, great way to organize, use daily for work.
The plastic one provided is weak and i almost broke it the first day.
After having the backpack for only a few days, the one zipper pull broke on the main compartment.
Price
This is a great buy, especially if you can catch it on sale.
I really got weary of typical $20-30 backpacks my grade school child kept destroying with school life.
Overall a good value for the money, but not really built for a road-warrior.
Shipping
Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but absolutely worth the wait!
Competitiveness
Overall i really like the swiss backpacks, much better quality than the cheaper amazon basic types.
Comfort is another standout feature of the swissgear cecil 5505.
Canvas quality is lower than the sister packs and zippers are not metal like the upper lines.
Was expecting it to be easier to fit more stuff, especially because of the brand.

I bought this bag in august of 2021 to use for college

My only negative for this product if you are using a larger laptop larger than 14inches the top of the laptop will rub on the top of the bag after heavy usage for 1 and a half years the fabric in the large compartment where the laptop was rubbing is now very thin if i used it that heavily with that laptop for another year it would have torn or fallen apart
