Pros
Sturdy yet easy to pull and so many pockets. Color easy to spot on luggage carousel. No issues whatsoever, the zipper is very strong.
Samsonite stryde polycarbonate suitcase. The top loader provides the depth necessary to carry some large items which would not fit in a center opening suitcase.
Cons

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This is unacceptable and they will not honor a warranty claim. There has been no response from them making the 5 year warranty moot.
The wheels are small & weak. The handle is very flimsy. It is also quite wobbly. The only bonus is that it's lightweight, but that makes it feel cheap.
