So, i would rather pay for this expensive fungicide + pesticide, which works than buy other products that are a waste of time and money.

I can find this bag locally for $80.

Although it is pricey, it's the best pesticide, fungicide i've used.

Competitiveness

I have used all the other common lawn fungicides from the big box home improvement stores and they are absolutely worthless.
