With a snap of the wrist and you can flip them over then they slide out of the pan

Due to the shape of the bottoms of these pans i could not fit two 4 silicone egg rings into the 10 pan and so i returned it and ordered a 12 pan

The teflon which if im right is actually hard anodize on aluminum is very much non stick
