Very pleased to have been able to purchase this tall cooking pot for a discounted price (used price).
It is exceptional value for the size of the pot.
I was looking at the price of sous vide plastic bins and reading their reviews.
I drink about $80 of soy milk per month.

No matter how careful i try to be i have literally stirred it nonstop for the whole cooking process it will always stick to the bottom of the pot burn or brown heavily and the batch will taste burnt

Nothing sticks i can scrape the bottom with a silicone spatula once every 10 minutes or so and its fine

The bottom is basically the same thickness as the sides though so dont expect a heavy bottom pan but for boiling stuff this doesnt matter only for searing as far as i know
