The heat distribution is great and makes a very delectable grilled cheese :) the blue is very subtle and beautiful. Not exceptional in heat distribution, but absolutely fantastic for the rest and so easy to clean.

Cons

Angled sides make the floor of this one only five inches - not 8! Angled side make the 'pour spouts useless, because it's already dumping everything before it get's to the spout. The pans are truly non stick.
