The packaging is so poor (only some filling paper, not foam of air bag) that both handles are shaking and the both sides the handles are attached to are flattened. Not this everything sticks the heat is not distributed evenly.

The quality is pretty decent, nonstick coating works great.
I love the pan but the lid came with the rim bent in two places.
The box was delivered by fedex with the corner smashed and a hole in that part of the box too.
