Food cooks evenly.

T-fal's quality is always reliable. Should last several years. I've been pleased with t-fal for decades.

Cons

The back of the pan is already ruined after two uses (< 1 week). Even treating the pans with kid gloves, they're worthless after less than a year. T-fal consumer service team’s attitude.
