Pros

The glass lid is beautiful and has a steam hole that can also be used to check the temperature of the meat in the pan with a meat thermometer. The handle is securely riveted to the pan and doesn't get hot. The lid seals excellently.

This is the size pan that i know as a chicken fryer because it is the perfect size to fry your chicken. Great to do a full 6-8 servings or more of skillet type meals with room to spare. Has been our top pick for spaghetti sauces & stir-fry.

This pan cooks great on a med to med high heat. It works great on our induction stove. It cooks evenly.

Cons

Reheated pastry on first use. After one use the lid no longer fits properly and there are now gaps. It scratched the heck out of my ceramic cooktop and no matter what i do it continues to destroy it.

This is the last t-fal product i buy. The metal is very, very thin, and about half the weight of my old one with identical specs. Made in china. What a scam.

This bait and switch stuff is nonsense.
