Pros

T-fal cookware is one of the best on the market. The pan is sturdy, has a good weight to it with well secured handles and cooks evenly…everything i’m looking for in cookware. I wish it was 6 qt instead of 5 qt.

T-fal insists the 'discoloration' was caused by overheating. After 2 months of very light use, the non-stick coating is peeling and it is discolored in a few spots. Then even using olive oil everything still sticks.

The pan heats up significantly slower than the previous version on my induction oven. Wasn't even using boost setting on cooktop. The pan has warped and will not sit flat on my flat top stove any more.

    Whenever different materials abut one another it is important to have a gasket

    The polycarbonate or whatever clear material the lid is made of it aint glass has a metal ring to fit to the pot with no gasket

    Take off the lid and set it on the counter and it will leak all oil all over your counter

    Put a gasket between the polycarbonate and metal if you insist on a clear lid i dont insist on one so my solution is kiss make it out metal only then theres no gap to leak all over someones counter
