Pros

Before cooking in my t-fal pan i always coat it with a little bit of crisco, so eggs, crepes, and even fried crunchy potatoes never sticks to the bottom. They cook evenly and don't stick at all.

After use, i wipe out any food residue with a paper towel. All they need is a swish in warm soapy water before they are totally clean. Don't use abrasive sponges, don’t scrub the pan. Just use a little bit of detergent and soft sponge.

The pans are perfect for simple stir fry meals. I wait till it shows ready then when i put my food in the pan it is sizzling hot. For steaks chops etc. The pan heats well and cooks well.

Cons

The grate above the burners has bigger gaps than an electric stove's coils. When empty these pans when empty rock substantially on the burner. I wish i could sue the t-fal company but i know it would be a don q.

I think the price has gone up since i got them, but they were such a great deal i'd still recommend them.

Perfect price for a pan you will eventually burn up

But they are absolutely affordably adequate for me.
