Pros

The ceramic cooking surface is durable and so far has held up well. The lids are heavy and durable. The large pot is quite large, very nice and i love the frypan that comes with lid.

Highly recommend this product. Great price for the brand. That's amazing in itself.

Cons

Customer service is a joke and said the warranty only covers manufacture defect. Fake t-fal, without original t-fal box.
