Pros
Ceramic is great as it's completely inert—meaning it won't leach any harmful toxins. Even though the nonstick coating is 20x stronger than other pans, they still recommend not using metal utensils.
It's light weight for such a big pan but still nicely constructed and sturdy. The flat surface of the pan is actually convex into a slightly crowned shape.
Buy it and treat it like your fabric scissors. And stack them with something between them. And they use a metal spatula. It cleans up super easily with just soap and water - no scrubbing needed.
This thing is a beast. It is exactly as pictured and described! The nonstick ceramic coating is just perfect!
One-and-done skillet meals is where bmp shines. Great for something like my creamed cabbage, or a casserole, or maybe a rice or pasta medley. Does a nice job evenly browning meat, sautéing vegetables.
Cons
The ceramic version is already having problems. When i decided to replace it in august 2023, i choose to upgrade to the ceramic version, thinking it might last long and look better with my already grey decor for $60…poor choice! Now pursue a warranty ... Read More

This is a great pan, and the price point is great too.
I think for the price it’s a good value!
Regarding price though, $70 is a bit high for it.

It comes in a beautiful box perfect for giftgiving!
It is exactly as pictured and described!
I got the ceramic coated pan and wow, it is nice.
Competitiveness
Bought this pan as replacement for my cheaper tfal 5 qt skillet style pan.
I feel you're more paying for the t-fal brand name than anything else.
Although i did find i needed to use higher heat to sear chicken as compared to my cast iron and henckels granitium cookware.

I was surprised that when it arrived it had a few little nicks on it but it wasnt anything that was on the inside that would affect the cooking surface or the job it had to do although with the handwashinggeneral touching of those nicks they have gotten a bit larger

So far ive made chicken ive made risotto and i baked a cake all just to test how things would go and theres been zero issue cooking with this bad boy

The heat is distributed evenly it doesnt stick and the handle does not get hot
