Pros

It heats up quickly and cleans super easy. After the oil cools, all i have to do is flip the knob and the oil filters.

The fries, catfish, okra, and hushpuppies are better than any restaurant can deliver. The fryer basket is large enough for four or so pieces of chicken at a time.

Oil drain into a holder for the clean oil to be reused. Easy pour spout in the drainage container.

Cons

It only goes together one way so its not because i assembled it incorrectly. T-fal customer service is nice but they send you to a third party of repairs. Bad design with such a mini little cord.

Over all it cooks well but all the other things totally worthless. Temperature control is poor.
