The heat spreads out more evenly. Food cooks faster and tastes better. The skillets cook evenly & everything thing is so easy to clean.
Cons
The pans feel scummy and sticky and the lids are always cloudy. Unless regular replacements of cookware is a goal, not a good coice for value.
These pots are pretty much worthless after a week or so. They say not to use any cooking spray or oil for these, but dont work well without that. Something isnt right because our food so far (especially meats) do not cook on the inside.
Looked like this after soaking and scrubbing. It burns and stains awfully. Learn to accept it ain't gonna sparkle again.
The small skillet has a coating from cooking oil that cannot be removed and the large skillets lid doesn't fit. This is the first time that i use this pan, and i just spent 15 minuets trying to get this off and it won't. The fry pans gets hot too quic... Read More
