Pros

Ordered the 10 and am sooooooo happy. Not a single regret. My son loves it.

It works very well for hamburgers or pork chops. Works great for meat. The secret is to cook on medium heat, and be sure to oil the pan generously.

Clean up is as easy as a non-stick pan, and you do not have to worry about flaking. Easy to clean if you do scorch something. It is not non- stick and i have to use oil but it is perfect for searing.

Cons

Don't buy this frying pan. The handle design has a weak feel to it and the pan feels thinner and weaker.

The only possible explanation for this pan is the designers at t-fal have developed a soul-crushing hatred of cooks. Those foolish enough to think that this textured-bottom pan might be the result of scientific research and appropriate testing in the ... Read More
