Pros
Stainless steel is my go-to for durability and easy cleanup. It's just the right size and the clear lid allows me to see the food cooking without having to raise the lid. It cleans up easily also.
Cons
This is not a quality stainless pan. The pan is flimsy and thin.

I own a separate tfal set and all the lid handles stay cool and are easy to handle but not this one

I dont have to be concerned about discoloration from cooking and scratching the surface like you do with coated pans
