Pros

Hand wash, it's super easy. Keep something in between the pans while storing like paper towels and use safe utensils. Hang it on a pot rack to avoid scratching.

The interior never sticks and doesn't flake off if treated the right way. Great at distributing heat for even cooking. From cooking eggs, burgers, chops and some stir-fry.

These particular red dot pans are fantastic. Do yourself a favor and buy a few.

The pan is thick, not thin and flimsy like so many fry pans. Very versatile due to the depth. I am so overwhelmed with the performance, balance and overall quality.

The 8 pan is perfect for a couple of fried eggs. It is the perfect size for a quick omelette. Works well for an omelet, hash browns, or grilled cheese.

Cons

Most t-fal lines have moved to the titanium coating. Will be contacting amazon tomorrow for a refund.
